Cantele Teresamanara has an intense straw colour shot with shades of green and gold. An initially spicy bouquet gives way to a surprising range of floral and fruit aromas: acacia and vine flowers as well as ripe local and exotic fruits. To the palate it is silky, velvety and oily thanks to the fresh and sweet spiciness of the wood used. The aftertaste is long lasting, reminding the taster of the particular characteristics of the terroir. Best served at 14°C.
