Intense ruby red with gentle purple lights, Cantele Negroamaro offers a bouquet of red fruits and an almost imperceptible herby aroma. Black cherry, plum amd thyme are easily identifiable followed by flint. Its flavour is characterised by a good balance between softness and alcohol, contrasting with minerals and freshness. It has an elaborate persistence to the palate, initially soft, with a strong aftertaste, typical of this variety of grape. Best served at 16°C.
